Meeting with Cesar Marin from La Chacra D&#8217;Dago, a biodynamic coffee farm in Peru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nordic Roasting Co., roastery of the SFCC, together with Slow Food Denmark are organizing an event about SFCC in Copenhagen on the 27th of Feb. Special Guest: Cesar Marin, the producer from la Chacra D&#8217;dago, part of the Slow Food Community Villa Rica Sustainable Coffee in Per\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>18:30-18:45 Welcome coffee from la Chacra D\u2019Dago (Peru)<\/li>\n<li>18:45-18:55 Intro about Nordic Roasting (Francesco) and Slow Food Danmark (Kim)<\/li>\n<li>18:55-19:10Why the coffee supply chain is broken (Francesco and Kim)<\/li>\n<li>19:10-20:00 What are the challenges the SFCC is trying to address and how Good Clean and Fair coffee can be a solution to fix these challenges. De fort\u00e6ller og besvarer sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om det, de selv kalder en kaffe-revolution &#8211; en m\u00e5de at handle og producere kaffe p\u00e5, der tager h\u00e5nd om b\u00e5de de sociale og milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige dilemmaer.<\/p>\n<p>Francesco har livslang erfring med Slow Foods kaffeprojekter og er med i Slow Food Coffee Coalition.
